Building Futures is an exciting new series of classroom manuals designed to integrate career education concepts with curriculum and multiple intelligence theory. Spanning grades K -12, this series of manuals is organized around six subject areas and was developed in accordance with the National Academic Content Standards.

Each manual provides an educator with practical information regarding career education and multiple intellengies theory, and features turnkey classroom activities that are tailored to each subject area. Manuals include a comprehensive introduction sections, instructional resources and integrated classroom activities.

The Introduction contains background information on career education and the School-to-Careers movement, including detailed information and data supporting the positive effects of career education on students, teachers and communities. Also included in this section on integrating Multiple Intelligences theory into career education.
